- continuous increase in quality of the services provided and improvement of the customers´ requirements fulfilment

- responsibility towards the public in the area of the environment

Satisfaction of the customers with transportation and-forwarding services and growth of our company are closely connected together and that is why the task in chief of all employees and co-operating organisation is to ensure the quality of services provided in accordance with the STN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
